operations manager
we are looking for an engaged manager who is willing to join the journey. operational efficiency, supervision, culinary liking, organisation and most important, fire for what we do.
what you will do
- order, prep, kitchen and roll bagels
- operate and organise events with us
- take ownership in operations and help us expand wholesale
- four days in the shop plus catering and events
where this goes
we do not intend to stay one shop. the plan is more of them, and the person who runs operations well now is the person we want running the next shop, then a city, then a region. we are not going to promise you a title on a timeline, because nobody honest can promise that. what we will say is that this seat is the first rung and not the last one, and that we would always rather grow someone than hire in over their head.
this is not a quick gig. it will be hard work and you need to be in for the bigger vision. but this is the first operations seat in a business that intends to have several. 17 euro an hour, plus 10 percent of the profit.
