where do you deliver in rotterdam?

what is the minimum order?

for delivery: minimum 10 filled bagels. for pickup: minimum 10 filled bagels or 1 baker's dozen (13 loose bagels). plain bagels, drink packs and other extras do not count toward the filled bagel minimum.

how far in advance do i need to order?

we ask for at least one day's notice for both pickup and delivery. this allows us to plan our prep and bake your bagels fresh. last-minute requests are not possible as we bake to order.

do you have options for dietary restrictions?

how does payment work?

for both pickup and delivery we accept credit card, debit card, iDEAL, and apple pay. delivery orders can also pay by invoice (bank transfer) for companies, your order is reserved upon placement and confirmed once payment is received within 7 days.

terms and conditions

1. order acceptance

all catering orders are subject to availability and confirmation. bagel bagel reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

2. minimum order

the minimum catering order is 10 filled bagels. plain bagels do not count towards this minimum requirement.

3. order restrictions

we accept only one catering order per day to ensure quality and service excellence. dates are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis.

4. pricing and payment

all prices are in euros (EUR) and include VAT. for card and iDEAL payments, your booking is confirmed immediately upon payment. we accept credit cards, iDEAL, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and invoice payments (bank transfer).

for invoice payments, your booking is reserved but not confirmed until payment is received. full payment must be received within 7 days of order placement. your booking will be automatically cancelled if payment is not received by the due date.

5. delivery

orders are delivered on the date specified during checkout. delivery times are approximate and may vary due to traffic or other factors beyond our control.

you must provide a complete and accurate delivery address. bagel bagel is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

6. cancellations and modifications

all orders are final once confirmed. we are unable to accept cancellations or modifications after an order has been placed. this policy allows us to plan our production carefully and minimize food waste.

we understand that circumstances can change, but because our bagels are hand-rolled and freshly baked specifically for your order, we begin preparation well in advance. please review all order details carefully before confirming.

7. quality guarantee

all bagels are freshly prepared on the day of delivery. if there are any quality issues with your delivered order (quality problems, incorrect items, etc.), please contact us immediately at [email protected] and we'll work to resolve the issue promptly.

8. allergies and dietary requirements

while we make every effort to accommodate dietary requirements and allergies, our kitchen handles nuts, dairy, gluten, and other allergens. please inform us of any allergies in the special requests section, but note that we cannot guarantee allergen-free preparation.

9. force majeure

in the event of circumstances beyond our control (severe weather, supplier issues, emergency situations), we may need to cancel your order. in such rare cases, you will receive a full refund.

4. prijzen en betaling

alle prijzen zijn in euro's (EUR) en inclusief btw. bij betaling met kaart of iDEAL wordt je boeking direct bevestigd. we accepteren creditcards, iDEAL, Apple Pay, Google Pay en factuurbetaling (bankoverschrijving).

bij factuurbetaling wordt je boeking gereserveerd maar pas bevestigd na ontvangst van betaling. de volledige betaling moet binnen 7 dagen na bestelling zijn ontvangen. je boeking wordt automatisch geannuleerd als de betaling niet voor de vervaldatum is ontvangen.

5. bezorging

bestellingen worden bezorgd op de datum die bij het afrekenen is opgegeven. bezorgtijden zijn bij benadering en kunnen variëren door verkeer of andere omstandigheden buiten onze controle.

je moet een volledig en correct bezorgadres opgeven. bagel bagel is niet verantwoordelijk voor bestellingen bezorgd op onjuiste adressen die door de klant zijn opgegeven.

6. annuleringen en wijzigingen

alle bestellingen zijn definitief na bevestiging. we kunnen geen annuleringen of wijzigingen accepteren nadat een bestelling is geplaatst. dit beleid stelt ons in staat onze productie zorgvuldig te plannen en voedselverspilling te minimaliseren.

we begrijpen dat omstandigheden kunnen veranderen, maar omdat onze bagels met de hand gerold en speciaal voor jouw bestelling vers gebakken worden, beginnen we ruim van tevoren met de voorbereiding. controleer alle bestelgegevens zorgvuldig voordat je bevestigt.

7. kwaliteitsgarantie

alle bagels worden vers bereid op de dag van bezorging. als er kwaliteitsproblemen zijn met je bezorgde bestelling (kwaliteitsproblemen, verkeerde items, etc.), neem dan direct contact met ons op via [email protected] en we lossen het snel op.

8. allergieën en dieetwensen

hoewel we ons best doen om dieetwensen en allergieën te accommoderen, verwerkt onze keuken noten, zuivel, gluten en andere allergenen. vermeld eventuele allergieën bij de speciale verzoeken, maar houd er rekening mee dat we geen allergeenvrije bereiding kunnen garanderen.

9. overmacht

in het geval van omstandigheden buiten onze controle (zwaar weer, leveranciersproblemen, noodsituaties) kan het nodig zijn je bestelling te annuleren. in dergelijke zeldzame gevallen ontvang je een volledige terugbetaling.

10. aansprakelijkheid

de aansprakelijkheid van bagel bagel is beperkt tot de waarde van je bestelling. we zijn niet aansprakelijk voor indirecte, gevolg- of bijzondere schade.
