we are looking for an engaged manager who is willing to join the journey. operational efficiency, supervision, culinary liking, organisation and most important, fire for what we do.
what you will do
order, prep, kitchen and roll bagels
operate and organise events with us
take ownership in operations and help us expand wholesale
four days in the shop plus catering and events
this is not a quick gig. it will be hard work and you need to be in for the bigger vision. but you will be part of the growth. profit share plus a competitive salary.

the shop is busiest when everyone else is off. we are looking for part time people who make guests feel at home, keep the counter moving and care how a plate goes out.
what you will do
counter, coffee bar and guest contact
keeping the shop clean, stocked and calm through a rush
dutch or english, either is fine
a small team, staff bagels, and a say in how the shop runs. pay follows the horeca cao, based on age and experience. tell us which days you can work.
